Genuinely one of the best coffee spots in hamilton, i’m a sweet coffee kind of girl and it’s perfect for me everytime (the s’mores latte is my fav) also the owner is the sweetest soul! You have to check Pinkies out !
If you haven’t tried Pinkies yet you need to. It is by far the best lattes, matchas and dirty sodas that i have ever had. I can honestly say I have tried everything on her menu and it is hands down amazing. The owner is always friendly and courteous. If you have t tried it i am not sure what you are waiting for

Every drink I’ve had has been amazing! you can tell there’s so much care put into it (and the little details are just the cutest).
And the owner is SO kind, which makes the whole experience even better. You can really feel the passion behind it.
Definitely one of my favourite local spots right now, I’ll keep coming back every chance I get.

Absolutely amazing Coffees and Lattes, definitely the best I have had. Always very courteous and friendly staff. All drinks are made perfectly. I have tried everything on the menu and it is very hard to pick a favourite they are all amazing
When I first heard of pinkies coffee co. I knew I had to try it! I was not disappointed!! Between the espresso, cold lattes and dirty sodas, it’s hard to pick a favourite. I hope everyone gets a chance to try this experience. This lady and her coffee cart are going places! Get it while you can 💖

Pinkies truly has the best and most fun coffee/latte drinks in Hamilton!! Have had it multiple times and never disappoints! The owner is also an excellent person which makes coming back even more enjoyable!!
came to the ottawa market pop up this weekend and got the iced coconut cloud latte. it was incredible, perfect in every way. if there’s a line.. it’s worth it!
I visited the pop up at Ottawa Market! The weather was warm, the line was long, and the drink was well worth the wait and the good price! I ordered a vanilla honey matcha with honey cold foam and it was like heaven! I’ve been working as a barista myself over the past year and have tried drinks at many different places and none compare to this one! Thank you Pinkies💗
As someone who loves a sweet little treat in the form of a yummy drink, Pinkie’s is right up my alley. I ordered 5 different drinks for friends and they were made super quickly, consistently and best of all, deliciously. I personally had the coconut cloud and it was super yummy, I also tried a sip of the banana matcha and that was also insanely good. This is a small business to watch out for, they are without a doubt going to blow up more than they have, so definitely try it as soon as you can. 🩷
Pinkies was absolutely amazing, our group got 4 drinks total and although it was one person working our order came fast! We all absolutely loved our drinks and can’t wait to get Pinkies again!
I visited Pinkies at the Ottawa Market yesterday! The line was long but it was so worth the wait! The menu has a wide variety of drinks and I ordered the Birthday Cake Latte. It was SOOO good, I will definitely be back!! If they are in your area I would highly recommend trying out Pinkies Coffee Co!
First time ever trying pinkies, it’s been a long time coming and it was just as amazing as I thought it would be.
I visited Pinkies today at the Ottawa St Market and it was a great experience. Very friendly and personable and the smores iced latte was so yummy! Not to mention she was making all orders by herself and was (literally) holding down the fort against the wind at the same time. I can’t wait to visit again and try the marshmallow matcha or a dirty soda. 😊💗
I am a huge fan of Pinkies. They have the most creative and delicious menu. Ive tried a few of their lattes and their dirty pops, theyre always delicious! Plus their insta account and branding is so fun. I love seeing a local business thriving!!

I’ve been trying to make it to one of Pinkie’s popups for weeks and FINALLY was able to last weekend. I had the iced iced marshmallow matcha and I’m not exaggerating when I say… it was MAGICAL.
From the setup (her booth is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen), to the incredible menu (I seriously need to try every single drink on the menu), Pinkie’s is a must try! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
I could not say in good faith that there is another coffee shop in all of Hamilton that I love as much as pinkies. The pop-ups have been amazing and I’m so excited to see the cart around the city. The owner is amazing and has built a fantastic brand and I’m so happy to see them grow 10 out of 10 coffee is the best would recommend any of their special limited time. Drinks
Came all the way from Mississauga to try Pinkies Coffee after seeing it all over my IG page. Such good coffee!! I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the the marshmallow matcha! Can’t wait to see them succeed with their trailer!!! <3
Tried Pinkies today near the rec centre on King, and it lives up to its hype. I’ve been seeing it all over Instagram but unfortunately I’m always working farmers market days so I’ve never gotten a chance to try. Today was the day and it did not disappoint! I can’t wait for the trailer to be done, definitely going to be a regular customer. Can’t wait to try everything! The butter toffee iced latte was delicious!
I tried Pinkies out today at the Ottawas Farmers Market. I’ll start by saying i’ve never been a fan of coffee and never enjoy it while i force it down for a burst of energy on the occasion(i’m talking MAYBE 3 times a year) but i’ve been following Pinkies on ig for a while and have been wanting to try it. I had the iced s’mores latte today and let me tell you it was the BEST drink i’ve ever had!!! I would drink this everyday if I could. 100/10 rating, will be trying to get this every chance i get!! Can’t wait to have it again!
