*All blades are taken through multiple grits all the way up to the final strop. I use a combination of:
-Arkansas Stones
-Gold Series Diamond Abrasives
-Japanese Wet Stones
-MicroGrit Stropping
This process is carefully performed by hand ensuring a geometrically correct surgical edge that will truly serve your purpose.
A good edge matched with correct knife handling technique ensures a safe, enjoyable experience whether in the kitchen or the field.

*Discounted rates for 4 or more knives.
Small-Medium Blades (3-6 inch) = $15~$20
Large Blades (6-10 inch) = $20~$25
Oversized or X-LARGE Blades (priced on job)
Edge Reprofiling = $5~$10
Handle Wax and Microcrystalline blade polish = $10
All Restorations, Tip, Blade and Patina Repairs are priced individually.
