Open Streets Hamilton

Open Streets is a one-day transformation of King Street into a vibrant, car-free space for walking, biking, rolling, and community fun. Located on King Street East, the City of Hamilton closes 3.6 km of the road from John St to Gage Ave.
Open Streets encourages you to move through the city however you like. You’ll find music, games, entertainment, and local pop-ups – plus a dedicated lane for continuous movement.
The event promotes active transportation, supports local businesses, and brings neighbours together! Learn more at hamilton.ca/OpenStreets.
